Directory UI cleanup: only list https instances as policy and with that remove the need for the https tag button

That sounds like the correct location for such a disclaimer. And it allows to move this UI request forward.

If that communication of the requirement really needed? https should be default for any service including social networks. Also admins can always ask on the various friendica support channels as…
