consider removing the visit server button #100

Currently

Each server listing shows a huge Visit Server and the page looks a bit unstructured.

Expected

Unsure if that button is needed. The URL of the instance is an active link and probably sufficient to take users to the instance. Optionally it could be considered to also make the instance name link to the instance, but that is probably a tad too much.

If we are hesitant to remove that button, I suggest to place the Visit Server button left of the instance URL and replace the https button with it. See also: #98
