Directory UI cleanup: only list https instances as policy and with that remove the need for the https tag button #98

Currently

A https button indicates an instance has secure connectivity.

Expected

In 2023 that clearly should be the default and directory should only list instances with the https checkbox ticked. Making that a requirement will allow to remove that button.

Request is to only ever show instances that support https and remove the button to declutter the UI.

I'm not sure how to display that requirement if we start enforcing it, though. We don't have an "About" page at the moment.
