We are now using OAuth2 instead of OAuth1 which simplifies the requests and the token handling. Old accounts will be converted automatically, but server admins will have to add the OAuth2 redirect url to their app. (see the addon description)

I can't seem to be able to create labels in this repo for version 2023.06 ?

Under the "Issues" or "Pull Requests" tab, there are two buttons with Labels and Milestones. Follow the Labels button and you should find another button to create a New Label.
