Moved CONTACT_* constants to Friendica\Model\Contact class, lesser in global namespace (#5490)

* Rewrite:
- moved all CONTACT_* constants from boot.php to Contact class

* CR request:
- renamed Contact::CONTACT_IS_* -> Contact::* ;-)
