- Remove extraneous parentheses around empty() calls
- Remove duplicate calls to intval(), count() or strlen() after empty()
- Replace ternary operators outputting binary value with empty() return value
- Rewrite defaults() without x()

Additionally the documentation about the used accesskeys was updated.
