;-) I was realising the same thing this morning, wondering why because I was absolutely sure I just saw the addon in the translation listings...

We should blackout more often. Translation strings were added in 2013 and got translated since. But nobody saw their interface was not translated. Either admins did not know it should have been or just ignored the quirk :-)
