This PR reflects the name change of the piwik project to matomo in the README and header of the addon to both variants of the name are rused.

As I just saw while accepting the translations, there the name "piwik" is used as well.

Mmh... maybe there will be a followup PR with changes in the actual code of the addon and the translations. I was asked the other day, why we had no Matomo addon and thus learned that piwik got renamed. This change-set was meant so that the addon will be found with the new name as well. But you are right, the strings in the UI should maybe be updated as well.
