This should be merged together with PR https://github.com/friendica/friendica/pull/13351

Pictures are now resized before uploaded to Bluesky and Twitter.

Also we now store the last status for Twitter posts. This should help in pinning down possible posting problems. This is useful since the Twitter keys are now have to be entered by the users. So they have to see if the posting did work.
