ef8769fe5a Fixes to comply with updates to the spec(s). 
- Add @vocab support.
- Convert native types in fromRDF().
- Use new canonical form for doubles in toRDF().
- Support xsd:string special cases.
- Keep going if a JSON-LD exception occurs in test runner.
