Fixes issue for images set by Photo::uploadBanner() where they already have the size suffix on the filename but justifiedGallery adds its own so it gets double-suffixed and the image thumbnail URL cannot be found, causing 404 errors and blank thumbnails in Photos pages (but not the Photo Browser modal). However, it is important for the user to first check what the message looks like after creating a post. Images are added and the permission is only checked at the end.
