- This allows to separately obtain a list of threads for rendering without having to deal with an already-formed HTML output

- also rewrote some array initialization:

Make BaseModule a real entity 
- Add all dependencies, necessary to run the content (baseUrl, Arguments)
- Encapsulate all POST/GET/DELETE/PATCH/PUT methods as protected methods inside the BaseModule
- Return Module content ONLY per `BaseModule::run()` (including the Hook logic there as well)

Hypolite Petovan 6db211568a Remove most calls to date_default_timezone_* calls 
- It was wrongly used to set the node-wide ot user-specific timezone
- It is now fully managed from the App object
- Add a static variable to DateTimeFormat maintain the convenient local() method
