Rewrite: 
- moved constants GRAVITY_* from boot.php to Friendica\Model\Item
- also rewrote some array initialization:

From:
````

$arr = [];
$arr['foo'] = "FOO";
````

To:
````
<?php
$arr['foo'] = "FOO";
````
- added a few type-hints
