- also rewrote some array initialization:

Split DBStructure & View to avoid DB-calls and dependencies for basic operations 
- new "Definition" classes vor DB and Views
- new "Writer" classes to create SQL definitions for DB and Views
- DBStructure & View are responsible to execute DB-querys

- since $table can be now schema.table, this needs being taken care off
- maybe this foreach(explode()) is a bit an overkill as only 1 or 2 entries
  can be found in it
