Uncommon logger levels in Friendica (#5453) 

* "normal" is an uncommon logger level:
- changed LOGGER_NORMAL -> LOGGER_INFO
- added LOGGER_WARNING (a common logger level)

* Used constants instead of values (MrPetovan)
