To support the "share" element there were some changes needed in some addons.

Additionally a new caching mechanism is implemented in "privacy_image_cache": If you create a folder "privacy_image_cache" in you webroot the cached files are stored there. It's the same mechanism I did with the photos.

To make this possible I changed the structure of the url for "privacy_image_cache".
