While translating strings for the cookienotice, I realized there were several strings missing. Also a lot of strings where originally in German which I don't think is normal.

I have regenerated the messages.po hoping it fixes, but I'm not sure about this fix. I also cannot test this unfortunately.

Could well be that I clicked at the wrong "upload file" button in the Transifex interface and accidentally uploaded the German translation @Ixiter provided with the initial PR to the wrong place (e.g. the source file) though I think the automatic update should have gotten an update by now o.O

I've uploaded the original lang/C/messages.po again. Now the source strings are all in EN as far as I could see. Not sure if some are missing though.
