After getting some good feedback on this at http://friendica.hoessl.eu/display/cato/29242 , and after fixing the most serious problems reported by zottel and Tobias Diekershoff, I hope this addon is safe for "public alpha-testing".
I included a README.md with further information, especially on the used libraries and their licenses (LGPL, MIT etc.)

And one small bugfix for the Privacy Image Cache is included.
