I added an admin interface for the IRC plugin in "settings->plugin settings", so admins can set the list of popular channels, and one or more channels to autopopulate the chans to connect in the iframe.

Oh, I didn't mean to make that permanent. All the same, until I get my head better around the COPA stuff, I'm not approving registrations for anyone under 18 on free-haven.
I don't want to censor adults from posting stuff "inappropriate for children", but believe we need better means to "protect" children from certain content before I can open the gates to everybody.
