I removed "pages" because it is replaced by "page" which is much faster.

There was a small html bug in the "showmore" settings - that is now fixed.

The biggest changes are in the facebook addon:

Posts from pages are now imported. Pages are added as a contact when a posting arrives
The import now looks more nicer. The content is formatted with bookmarks. The properties and actions from facebook are imported. Additionally the coordinates.
The import now sets the date of the last post. It imports all items since this date and fetches several pages if needed.
