The NSFW plugin is more general than NSFW. It can hide anything, but this isn't obvious to new users, so I've changed the strings (while leaving the admin side of things unchanged, so nobody has to reinstall, or causing other kinds of problems).

I tried to solicit some discussion about this first, but didn't get very much input...so I'll leave it to whoever sees the pull request to decide if it's a good change or not.

Well, since you brought it up... I'm actually partial to both if that can be worded easily.... e.g.

"Not Safe For Work" (General Purpose Content Filter) Settings

"Enable Content filter" we might want to sort out the capitilisation, but no biggy

"Comma separated list of keywords to hide" - uhm what's a keyword in this context? Somebody will ask.

Perhaps an improvement would be to add a high-level summary of what it does.

"Looks in posts for the words/text you specify and collapses the content so it is not displayed at inappropriate times, such as content with a sexual innuendo that may be improper in a work setting. It is polite and recommended to tag any content containing nudity with #NSFW, though this filter will match and hide posts containing any words/text you specify."
