Pledgie plugin now allows to choose the campaign you want to support on Pledgie.

Sorry for the mix up. Wasn't aware that github simply appends all my commits to the pull request.

As bbcode is considered to be to dangerous to use with page header, the page header plugin now allows to create a pageheader.html file in the friendica docroot instead. If that file is found, it is displayed as page header. If not, the content of the plugin form is used. Pledgie plugin now allows to choose the campaign you want to support on Pledgie. Sorry for the mix up. Wasn't aware that github simply appends all my commits to the pull request.
