template processor: trim strings in {{ if str!=str }}, add 'debug' tag:

{{ debug $var [$var1 [$var2 [...]]] }}{{ enddebug }}

is replaced by

    <pre>var_export($var1)\nvar_export($var2)\n....</pre>
