Move StatusNet addon dependencies in own library subfolder

- Move CodebirdSN to library/codebirdsn.php
- Move StatusNetOAuth class to library/statusnetoauth.php
- Copy TwitterOAuth to library/twitteroauth.php
- Copy OAuth1 to library/OAuth1.php
