## Privacy Friendly Pausing Healthily

This application contains the functionality for a privacy friendly break reminder.
It includes a countdown timer, the possibility to choose exercises and define exercise sets. 
You can then choose different exercise sets, to complete during your break time. 
This app belongs to the group of Privacy Friendly Apps.

Further development requires Android Studio, we recommend to use at least version 3.1.1
