Among other things, I use the page header to inform about current maintenance work or other upcoming work. The information should therefore be provided within an appropriate framework. With a little CSS, the page header gets a frame in green. The font was adjusted to an appropriate size.

For server admins only.
Displays a text message for system announcements'
The message is entered in the admin account at settings, Addon settings.

If you want to use HTML in the pageheader, create a file called pageheader.html 
in the document root of your friendica instance and add the html there.
